👌 thanks for the link and definition, albeit binary, when I showed your article and the link of the Hofstede study* to a diverse group of peers (in terms of their nationalities, where they have lived and which languages they speak), they agreed. Especially with the part what a mentor is supposed to fulfill towards a mentee. The Nordic and USA folks would have rejected your first letter, too. The Indian person, not so much. Fascinating!
