Dearest Tássio, first of all: kiitos, for commenting and for making a bold move. Not only to Suomi, but also in taking the time to acknowledge your point in your career.

Back in the day, I also was pre-mature in my questions, I was not focused and goal-oriented in my hunt for answers and so I can tell you this: you already made the most important step anyway. (In no way I was trying to scare people away, though, I hope I communicated this as well.)

Plus, I am more than happy to chat with you on a video call and give you guidance on where to look for group sessions, webinars and portfolio critique.

We are connected on LinkedIn already, where I also added this comment to a post sharing my article:

"Quick caveat to my thought piece that was inspired by Nicole Alexandra Michaelis and Jessica Smith in the first place: I absolutely don't want to question mentoring as a whole... It helped me through rough times when I needed guidance or a career compass. Not only from the peers in my UX community.

Mentoring and being mentoring is awesome and I love all of you who make time and invest in an efficient "mental energy management".

I just wanted to urge UX folks to be cautious in regard to their health and happiness. The idea was that we can find a place to evolve the streams of mentorship in such a way that it benefits everyone instead of leaving you with a weird feeling as mentor because you don't know whether you actually were able to help someone as a mentor.

And, that it needs to stop to ask people for their mentorships when they CLEARLY can't / don't want to. So, Candi Williams and James Deer I immediately registered when I saw this ♥ ♥ ♥ sounds exactly like the kick start we need!"
